"Acrylic Painting is like putting layers of warm chocolate on a surface..." Bev Galbraith

"It dries quickly an can be moulded if thick enough or layered thinly to create new tones and colours. Visual art is another language. It's such a spiritual experience that words are inadequate. As I give in to the process, it isn't the art that matters but how I feel as I create, or learn as I teach."

Bev began figure and portrait drawing as a child and started to learn acrylic painting at 16. After 40 years of practise she is now fortunate enough to have been asked to pass on what knowledge she has gained to others. -Into the woods- and -Rebecca of Noah's Ark- are for sale at All Things Hanna.
